For a while, I had some significant sleep problems. This movie helped me a lot - unfortunately, it’s in Polish. The guy talks about the O’Neill Cylinder, discussing the basics of physics using 3D animation. It has a strangely calming effect on me, allowing me to stop thinking. I’ve watched it so many times that now, just hearing the music from the movie makes me start yawning ;-)
