Most christians (largest faith with an omni-god where I live) I have ever talked to say that god could but doesn’t, and when questioned as to why God would let bad stuff happen they just handwaved it by saying that we can’t understand God’s intentions or reasoning because, by definition an omni-god is knows more and is more intelligent than any human.
