That is true, but at the same time. That is something that will either never happen (fully) or in a best case scenario will not happen anytime soon. So anything that can reduce the damage is a welcome sight.
At the same same time, tiny measures like this cause complacency that the problem is “solved” when in reality, only a small part has been somewhat mitigated. Lipstick on a pig, still a pig, and all that.
