Sometimes there is no time for a bigger TTRPG session, but one still want to do something at the D&D universe. Are there any special computer games one can play?
Perfectly with Linux support, or Proton.
Drawing on over forty years of history, Dungeons & Dragons lets you create mighty heroes to battle monsters, solve puzzles, and reap rewards. As you play, your story can grow to rival the greatest of legends.
What about D20 games like Dragon Age Origin or Divinity: Original Sin?
I love Divinity: Original Sin. Especially Divinity 2. I also have a lot of fun with Pathfinder: Kingmaker. I can absolutely recommend it.
Dragon Age is a damn great Trilogy, which I still enjoy any time I start it. Sadly, DA3 isn’t available for Linux. One of my top favorite games.
DA3 doesn’t work with Wine or Proton?
Last time I tried, Origin, which is needed to run Dragon Age 3, wasn’t able to start correctly. Same with Mass Effect 3 and Dead Space 3.
Yes DA and Divinity are great, I also enjoyed the Shadowrun Triology (Returns, Dragonfall, Hong Kong)
If you enjoy retro-gaming, then maybe some of these AD&D games are worth i try, I played them a lot back then.
