Isn’t that a privacy problem? Generic names for all clients would be much better I think.

@sexy_peach You can choose whatever gets displayed there, but I don’t think the privacy implications are to grave here. It’s like the user agent of your browser.
Because they haven’t disabled this option in their clients’ settings? If I am not mistaken there is such setting on every xmpp app.
